Pilots and business cases with the FormFeed proposition have proven cost reductions of up to 30% in front office processes to be feasible without quality loss. Whenever possible, FormFeed will connect to external databases (e.g. car registration databases) in order to streamline the data entry process and verify and validate the processed information.
Quality can be assured by using double entry, but also by connecting to expert systems. For example: FormFeed checks entered names with a list of common names in the Dutch language (including foreign names). When the entered name is not in that list, the data entry employee receives a warning from the system and is required to double check his or her entry.
