Scanning and indexing of incoming unstructured document streams (mail, email, fax). The document enters the FormFeed system for further secure processing and data extraction.
The extraction, validation, enrichment and conversion of the document, leading to a structured XML (or other format) file. When required FormFeed will archive and/or destroy the original incoming document.
Delivery of the structured (XML) data into the customer’s system through an electronic interface. When required, FormFeed will also return the scans and/or paper originals to the customer.
